A home inspection sample report is available upon request. 

My reports are usually 15-30 pages long with pictures and arrows to show you the issues.  TREC requires El Paso home inspectors to fill out a 5-6 page report and no pictures are required.  I feel that is a bare minimum and you should be given more.  A quality home inspection report with pictures is much more descriptive to let you understand what you are purchasing.

My reports are usually sent out the same day by emailing a PDF file to the email you put on the "Book a Home Inspection" form.

Home inspectors are like people in any other field of work, some enjoy serving others and cannot wait to get to work. Everyone knows others who hate their job and can't wait to get out of work. I fully enjoy my clients, new El Paso area neighborhoods and new building methods.
