Best quality and reasonable price. I used Richard's services for inspection of the house I was going to buy. In the case of buying foreclosures it's very important not to buy a "cat in the bag", not to overlook any hidden costly repairs or problems which will come out as a huge financial burden or a headache for a homeowner in the future. Rick was very courteous, professional and patient in checking and explaining all the pros and cons of the existing condition and actually he was able to give me a real picture of repairs which I thought I need to do.
